房門鎖很難打開。浴室裡熱水放了很久都沒有 去前台詢問説一下會有人來看 晚上9點等了40分鐘沒有人影 又去前台 問説修理師傅下班了要等明天早上6點。 説可以換一間給我。 換的房間有熱水 但水小的像雨滴。根本沒法洗澡。

Worst hotel staff I ever met. 1) Reception was most rude can ever meet 2) Internet was down check out was hold and not shared any notice. 3) 訂房網站 payment link did not worked and had to pay separately and call 訂房網站 to cancelled the room. During this discussion reception act very rudely. No attempt to solve the issue.

Disgusting, disgusting, disgusting. Room infested with cockroaches. Toilet door broken and toilet/bath both filthy. Staff unhelpful and rude. Shocking how they're able to charge $100 a night.

Very dirty and smelly, I had to change room 3 times, the shower didn’t work in the first one, the second one had a smell, and the third one the door lock had a malfunction, the overnight receptionist were amazing 5 stars for them, but the infrastructure it’s terrible.

Worst experience room was beyond dirty, dirty sheets, crumbs under the blankets, blood in the sink, hair in the bathtub. They did absolutely nothing but to fix the problem both 訂房網站.com and the hotel. Staff was beyond rude was told if I didn’t like the room to leave. Instead of replacing my room for a clean one or putting me up in another hotel was just given a run around for my whole 訂房網站 me and my wife had no choice but to sleep in the dirty room. Do not book this hotel you will deeply regret it
